INGREDIENTS :
4 grated corns
3 tspn mustard seeds
3 tspn cumin seeds
1 tspn haldi
1 tspn asafoetida (hing)
3 tspn sugar
4 finely chopped green chillies
Finely chopped coriander
Half bowl desicated/grated coconut
Salt- as per taste
Curry leaves
Lemon

PROCEDURE:
Take a kadhi,add 10tbspn of oil to it.
#Tip:add a little bit more oil than required .
after the oil is heated add cumin seeds,mustard seed, chopped green chillies,curry leaves.
After the curry leaves are cracked into oil add haldi and hing.Add the grated corn and mix it well.Add sugar,salt and mix it well.cover the kadai for 5-6 mins and heat it on low flame.
After 5-6 mins add grated coconut and coriander to the kadhai.
off the fame and add lemon juice to the kadai.
Garnish it with grated oconut and coriander leave.
