The house is situated on a triangular plot with a steep slope along the access street, in the East/West or South/North direction. Positioned at the highest level on the East side, the house maximizes its views to the West while taking advantage of the natural slope of the land. Pedestrian access, situated at a higher level on the ground floor, leads to the entrance through a flap, while vehicle access is located at a lower level, connecting to the garage and service entrance in the basement.

The ground floor features the living and dining room, kitchen, bedroom/office, and bathroom, all opening to the West terrace and pool. The kitchen is connected to a covered patio, topped by the volume containing an outdoor bathroom and barbecue area. A staircase, situated to the south, connects all three floors, enhancing the vertical circulation within the house. On the first floor, three bedrooms, all suites, are arranged along a corridor partially open to the double-height ceiling below.

The swimming pool, situated at the rear of the ground floor terrace, visually connects the interior living spaces with the exterior covered area and garden.
Overall, the design of the house aims to create a uniform and formal set with consistent volume and materials, maximizing solar exposure while ensuring privacy from the surrounding land.
