Recipe Ingredients

500g chicken thigh boneless and shredded
2 onions
3 peppers
1 small ginger root
1 garlic clove
2 TBSP Dark Soy
4 TBSP Light Soy
375ml sweet chilli sauce
125ml ketchup
Salt & Pepper
2 cups of corn flour or potato starch
3-4 eggs
Sunflower oil for cooking

Serve with rice or noodles.
