I was here while leveling and the respawn is nearly instant (very fast) so I came back to test it with a 6 min test. If you had Dex and a Rapier along with Yield and Speed etc I think you could easily do 50% more and hit 8000 per hour with no problems.

Let me know how many you are hitting per hour when all decked out for skinning.
