**Our Mom's meatball Recipe**
1 pound each ground beef, pork & veal
1.5 cups parmesan cheese
3 cups fresh breadcrumbs soaked with 1 cup of milk
3 eggs
1 tsp each of dry oregano, basil, and Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 onion finely chopped
Form into meatball shape and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or golden brown.
Finish cooking in boiling tomato sauce.
