Audio of Miranda Rights in Spanish which includes additional advisements and questions that are not typically required. These additional parts include the advisement of their right to speak to their consulate office if the person is an illegal immigrant, the advisement that a lawyer will not actually be available until court and the advisement that the person can stop talking at any point of the questioning. In addition to the normal question to see if a person understood their rights, there is an additional question that directly asks the person if they want to speak.

"I am going to advise you of your Miranda Rights.  You have the right to remain silent. You have the right to not answer any questions.  Anything you say could be used against you in a court of law.  You have the right to speak to a lawyer and have your lawyer present during any questioning.  If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed to you at no cost to you, before you are asked any questions.  We have no way of giving you a lawyer, but one will be appointed for you, if you wish, when you go to court. You can decide at any time from this moment on to terminate the interview and use these rights. If you are not a United States citizen, you may contact your country's consulate prior to any questioning. Do you understand each of these rights that I have explained to you, yes or no?  Do you want to speak to me, yes or no?"
