Hi friends,

I did an outdoor calisthenics session here in Australia, which included dips, squats, pull ups, push ups, abs and much more. I also show you where things went wrong hahaha.

I believe that you can use an outdoor session to calm your mind and get away from the monotony of the gym. Going to the gym regularly is good. But having an outdoor session is more fun and more fulfilling.

I focus so much on technique during this session. These simple exercises like dips and pull ups can do so much for your physical strength that you cannot even imagine.

I have become atleast 2 - 3 x stronger than I was since starting and I am sure you will too!
