Syracuse v. Brown 1990 Lacrosse Quarterfinals

An electric crowd at the Dome enjoys the Gait's last game at the Dome. With the start SU gets, you'd think the final score would be 40-0.

Funny thing is like so many top teams of this era like Yale, Loyola, UNC, et. al, Brown had so many great players like Towers, Tuohey, Munro, future Hall of Famer Darren Lowe....but this talent just got blown off the field by the Gaits, who were at the top of their game.

Current lacrosse fans might find it interesting that Dom Starsia is coaching this Brown team...and his replacement, Lars Tiffany, is starting on defense.

There's also a nice highlight package of the 1990 season shown at halftime, complete with sweet mullets and Tina Turner (?) hype music. Enjoy.
