Replace ?? with the desired Digimon as seen below.
After the game starts, press O, save the game, and reset.
Please note that this code is VERY unstable. After pressing O, the game becomes VERY prone to crashing! I reccomend using the machine in Jijimon's house, navigate to the menu where it asks you to save, and AT THAT POINT press O. Then, after it saves, restart the game with the code off.
If you're wondering whats up with all the Jijimons and stuff, thats a debug mode code I have on.

Anyway, in these vids I show off every unobtainable Digimon in the game using this code. I'll show their reaction to being praised, scolded, fed, and all their attack animations.
The only Digimon that work 95% normally are Gigadramon, MetalEtemon, and Panjyamon. They have animations for being praised, scolded, fed, pooping, and so on. The missing 5% is they don't have a finishing move.
Enemy Digimon work perfectly fine in battle, and unique ones, like Myotismon, even have a victory animation that I THINK goes unused. Outside of battle, they lack animations. Their meters will still adjust accordingly when praised/scolded, the effects of food items will be applied when given to them, and you can still rest and save.
However, since they were never meant to be raisable, their needs are a bit tricky to fufill. They might have to sleep mutlipe times, they may have to eat a ton of food, and things like Auto Pilots you might have to give them mutliple times before their effect goes off. They also can't poop, so Portable Potties are a must.
WereGarurumon is particularly broken because he has no model whatsoever, so doing anything with him will pretty much softlock your game. He does have a sprite when the tournament standings are shown, which is interesting. He has a corresponding Digivolution item, called Moon Mirror, but it crashes the game upon use, even on Garurumon.
However, WereGarurumon should count himself lucky he got THAT far, because there is an unused Electro Ring item that matches up with Kaminarimon, but he exists in no way shape or form in the game...or in the entire friggin' franchise for that matter! Thundermon is NOT the same as this guy, by the way. Its entirely possible he is the invisible no-name Digimon after Meteormon in this vid.
Every Digimon after Meteormon (with the exception of the last one!) are ones that are only NPCs, so they are even less functional than the enemy Digimon. They are treated as In-Training Digimon, so they can't enter the tournament. They can still be praised, scolded, and the like, but they can't battle. All of them have 3 copies of Fire Tower, which do nothing. All you can do is run. Digimon who can't move, like ShogunGeckomon, are even more limited in what they can do.
(Also, I'm never gonna figure out what the hell Counter does...)
