add one server with any of the switch :give it ip address , default dns as dns(note: you can make your dns server as email server also.
in the server go to the services then go to email in that turn smtp and pop3 on.
give domain name: abc.in
fill users and their passwords
for ex: user:u1 password :123

in next step go to the pcs allocate the users to pc
in that go to pc then to desktop then to email after that therewould be configuration mail in that fill out the columns of Your name:ram,shyam or you can take as user1. in the email section: fill out it with [email protected] . then in the incoming mail section enter the ip address of email server for ex:11.0.0.5 or any other . in the outgoing email :fill 11.0.0.5.

then if you again go to that pc go to desktop then to email in that compose email: [email protected] . then send it to the user 2 with some context . go to that user pc and check in the receive section of the mail you will se the message.
