Spark plugs replacement, Volvo basic tune up, 850, S70, V70, etc. - VOTD

Spark plug replacement: 30 to 90 minutes. ($65 / $180 / $240)

NOTICE: I only use Volvo or Volvo supplier parts to tune up my cars.
- Volvo plugs.
- Volvo or Bougicord wires.
- Volvo or Bosch cap & rotor.

This video will show you how I replace spark plugs on a I5 turbo Volvo engine. This will be the same for almost all of the 850, S70, 960, V90, V70 Volvo's built prior to 2001 and many after. The torque value of the plugs is Tightening torque 18.4 ft. lbs. +/- 3.7 ft. lbs. (25 Nm +/- 5 Nm). The proper gap for the turbo cars is 0.028, non-turbo models have plugs that you can not gap, but if you use standard plugs gap them to 0.028. The only reason I feel comfortable with tightening the plugs 1/2 turn past snug is because they have crush washers.
