World of Warplanes gameplay - Heavy Fighter (U.K. Hornet)

Heavy Fighters primary object is hunting heavy armor aerial target (Bombers, Attackers). So they have high firepower, high airspeed, long duration boost, good high altitude performance, and poor maneuverability.

When battle start, observe map to expect sectors enemy bomber will be arrived. In usually, bomber will show up in mining factory or missile site. So heavy fighter is better intercept them before they drop bombs.

Some heavy fighter equipped with powerful bombs. Even mount bombs will impact airspeed, reduce maneuverability, and the reloading time is very long. It is still worth to use them do quick strike to high value ground targets.

Heavy fighter is not suitable dogfight with fighters (multirole fighters), so try to hit and run for those aerial targets.
