Done another walkthrough video of a 3.5 BHK apartment in Valasaravakkam.

The entire house is in a beige theme. The foyer unit is very sleek and minimalist, allowing residents to sit and wear their shoes or chappals. We haven't cluttered the TV unit much, and since the client wanted a sleek pooja unit, we combined it with the TV unit using bi-foldable fluted glass. The TV unit also features a clutter-free design; instead of opting for a heavy wall panel, we chose to use designer wallpaper.

Heading to the kitchen, it is a U-shaped kitchen with all necessary storage units. The countertop is made of black granite along with the sink. In this house, we haven't used heavy dividers that obstruct the view. Instead, we used an architrave design with VOX panels to divide the spaces.

For the furniture, we selected an L-corner sofa that can accommodate five people with headrests, designed and executed by Tint Tone and Shade. These curved false ceiling is made of VOX panels with cob lights along with 2 pendants. The master bedroom features designer wallpapers, and the cot, also designed by Tint Tone and Shade, includes storage. The wardrobes are made with a membrane finish, which is my favorite feature in this house. The entire house is designed in a very sleek and minimalist manner.
