Soffit Led installation DIY for your home Lutron Caseta CASETA-2SW-HD

Welcome DIY here I will be installing LED waterproof strips along the soffit of your home to illuminate at night to get an even glow on the wall. I also did my mailbox to match the home take a look at the other videos.
This is the setup I used since each LED strip with the correct power supply is rated at 5 Amps. I used one for each side of the home and connected in the attic to a current circuit. there is a new outdoor controller that if you have an outlet outside it can also work. If you only need one Lutron switch then you can buy the single unit with the controller. Remember these wont work without the controller, they will turn the light on or off but you wont have the capability to setup schedules. There are other Wi-Fi switches that can be used through the home. I love Lutron and worked on low voltage so its my preference but you can get other brands. I also have other automatic lighting through out using the Lutron system and its awesome. One controller will allow a lot of switches or dimmers but has a limit. There is a more expensive one that allows more. You can do Alexa, Siri and Google with the Lutron, a bunch of stuff. If you one one Lutron controller is all you need and you add dimmers or switches as you go. You can purchase on Amazon or Homedepot make sure you plan it out first to make sure at the end is correct.
