General Precautions:
Always wear appropriate protective gear such as gloves and safety goggles when handling the cleaning solution.
Ensure the ultrasonic cleaning machine is turned off and unplugged before starting the cleaning process.
Avoid submerging electrical components or items with delicate parts that may be damaged by water or ultrasonic waves.
Preparing the Cleaning Solution:
Obtain ESLOC USC 2 ultrasonic cleaning solution.
Fill the ultrasonic cleaning tank with water, leaving enough space to accommodate the items you want to clean.
Add the tank's ESLOC USC 2 cleaning solution to make a percent diluted solution. The five present solution is achieved by mixing 50 ml of ESLOC USC 2 cleaning solution in 1000 ml of water. For example, mix 150 ml solution if the tank is of 3 liter capacity. Mix the solution gently to ensure it is evenly distributed.
Cleaning Motherboards:
Disconnect and remove the Motherboard from the electronic device carefully.
Place the Motherboard into a suitable container that can withstand the ultrasonic cleaning process.
Immerse the Motherboard into the ultrasonic cleaning tank, ensuring that the cleaning solution fully covers it.
d. Turn on the ultrasonic cleaning machine and set it to a gentle cycle, typically around 5-10 minutes.
Drying and storage
e. After the cleaning cycle finishes, remove the motherboard from the tank and rinse it with deionized water to remove any residue. Allow it to air dry completely before reinstallation.


Reassemble the motherboard carefully, ensuring all parts are correctly aligned and tightened.
