300: Rise of an Empire - Review, Movie Explored, Full Story, and Ending Explained

The 2014 action epic follow-up to the cult hit 300. Taking place before, during, and after the events of 300, our hero, Themistocles of Athens, sets out to provide a united Greek defense against a vengeful Xerxes and Artemisia. Battling it out over the Aegean sea, this epic spans the Battle of Marathon, Battle of Artemisium, and the Battle of Salamis.

With Zach Snyder's recently rejected third film (Alexander the Great "Blood and Ashes") to a possible 300 trilogy, I thought I would watch, provide movie details, review and explain this sequel. Finally watching it, after avoiding it for so long.
