Today, I'm going to make "RAMEN".
"RAMEN" is very popular food in Japan and is very famous food in the world.
I cooked the ramen that soup is based on seafood stock and chicken stock.
Main topping is a "Chashu(low temperature cooked pork)" and "Tamago(boiled and marinated egg)".
Making soup took time and effort.
