Official Anabolic Aliens video of: Couples Cables Circuit: 10 Minute Full Body Workout

Follow along with this intense 10 minute full body workout on the cable machine! We utilize only 1 handle attachment on just 1 pulley system for this routine. The circuit is set up using intervals of 45 seconds exercise intensity, 15 seconds rest and then repeated until you've completed 10 total rounds finishing this full 10 minute circuit. Get as many reps as you can on each exercise while making sure you're maximizing form with the full range of motion on every single rep. Since the workout itself is set up on just 1 cable system, this circuit can be done individually but we created the routine particularly in a way where you could do it at the exact same time with your partner too! This full body workout hits every muscle group. Make progress over time by increasing weight, doing more reps; or limiting excess rest. You can utilize this 10 minute circuit as a 1 round finisher at the end of your full body workout day or you can do 3-4 full rounds resting 1-3 minutes in between rounds depending on your experience level for your complete total body workout for the day. Whatever works best for you to get them gains Aliens! No limits 💪🏻👽
