Stage 3: Cancer has spread to nearby lymph nodes, but has not yet metastasized to other parts of the body.

Stage 4: Cancer has metastasized to other parts of the body, such as the liver, lungs, or bones.

It's important to note that staging systems can vary for different types of cancer, and a more specific staging system may be used for certain types of cancer. The stage of a cancer can change as it grows and spreads, and it can be re-staged as new information becomes available.
