This is Emily!!😁

On a new year eve, she read a friend's weight loss transformation, and suddenly felt motivated to start her own journey, into an amazing body


The next morning, Emily went to the nearest gym, highly motivated and signed up

She told herself....

“I want to burn fat, lose weight and get fit”

So she got on the thread mill and started workout like her life depended on it

Within 45 minutes, she burnt off 600 calories and feeling so motivated,

Emily moved over to the cross trainer and workout hard at it and
because her adrenaline was still pumping, she jumped on to lift weights...

By the time she was done, Emily was sweaty and feeling very
accomplished.

She told herself..

"I have done a lot of hard work today."

"I am very pumped to start my day 2 tomorrow...."

The next day, Emily woke up in the morning and felt pain and weakness in every muscle and joint of her body!

Then she told herself...

"I'll skip today, and do it tomorrow"

Day 3 came, and she skipped it....

Month 1 is gone. Month 2 gone.

And then Emily is not bothered anymore!

So that you can be able to do this effortlessly on a daily basis without feeling like you are about to die!
