I review, breakdown and explain Presumed Innocent episode 3. I discuss the Apple TV+ show which stars Jake Gyllenhaal as Rusty Sabich as he's accused of the murder of his colleague Carolyn Polhemus. I react to the theory of Barbara being behind it, Michael sending the text message, and the revelation during the ending of Kyle being photographed on the night. I also compare the story to the 1990's movie which starred Harrison Ford and the novel from the 1980s. I also give my theories and predictions on episode 4.
