*Dal ke liye:*
1.5 cup taze hare matar (dhule hue)
2.25 cup paani
Swad anusar namak
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp ghee
*Tadka ke liye:*
2.5 tbsp sarson ka tel
1/2 tsp jeera
1 tukda dalchini
2 hari elaichi
1 sukhi laal mirch
5-6 curry patte
2-3 pinch hing
1 tsp grated adrak
1 tsp grated lahsun (5-6 kaliyan)
2-3 hari mirch, badi (apne swad anusar)
2 medium pyaaz, bareek kata hua
2 bade tamatar, bareek kate hue
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp dhaniya powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch powder
1/4 tsp kali mirch powder
2 tbsp ghar ki tazi malai ya dahi (optional)
1 tbsp dhaniya patta, bareek kata
1/2 tsp kasuri methi

*Method (Vidhi):*
1. *Dal ubalein:* Cooker me matar, paani, namak, haldi aur ghee daal kar 3-4 seeti laga lein. Pressure release hone ke baad, matar ko halki tarah se mash karein.
2. *Tadka banayein:* Kadhai me tel garam karke jeera, dalchini, elaichi, laal mirch, curry patta aur hing ka tadka laga lein. Adrak, lahsun aur hari mirch dal kar bhunein.
3. *Pyaaz aur tamatar bhunein:* Bareek kata pyaaz golden hone tak bhunein. Tamatar aur namak dal kar soft hone tak paka lein.
4. *Masale daalein:* Haldi, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, Kashmiri lal mirch, aur kali mirch powder milayein. Malai ya dahi daal kar achhe se mix karein.
5. *Dal aur tadka milayein:* Paki hui dal ko tadke me daal kar 3-4 minute ubalein. Upar se dhaniya aur kasuri methi dal kar serve karein.
