Have you ever got completely lost on a hike? What do you do? How do you find your way home?
In the Laurisilva forest it is so thick and dense you cannot see your way through. Then in the higher altitude with the Pine trees approaching Mount Teide it is difficult to get your bearings.
The GR-131 signs are normally really good but on this section one stretch caught me out. With so little time until the inevitable last bus what do I do to escape from the forest? 👍🇬🇧😄
