Family of 13-year-old shooting victim outraged at decision to lower bail for suspect

The family of a 13-year-old killed in a robbery at a Kent park expressed dismay at a judge's decision to drastically reduce one of the shooting suspect's bail amounts.

Bail for 20-year-old Diavante Dunmore had been $2 million since his arrest in July for the killing of 13-year-old Matthiew Stavkovy. Dunmore is currently charged with Murder in the First Degree and Robbery in the First Degree, both with firearm enhancements related to Stavkovy's death.
