Haven’t posted in a while. Still been grinding. Need to dial in on programming. Today’s workout felt solid. Recorded just my bench session.

•Flat bench: 425lbs, 4x4x405lbs last rep paused, 1x8x315lbs last rep paused

•Seated bicep curls 2x10x25lbs

•DB Skull crushers/wide grip/close grip: 10 reps each x45lbs

•Shoulder raises side, front, rear: 10 reps each x10lbs SS
•Hanging leg lifts 2x15
