This research aims to study Butuan Integrated Bus Terminal's Quality of services using the Post Occupation Evaluation (POE) concept for assessing the level of assistance, building performance, improving the terminal conditions, environment, and operational system.

Butuan City's bus terminals were initially considered the central terminals that produced many congestion and safety problems. Users' problems directly highlighted building design characteristics and conditions, stating that waiting rooms, safety environment, travel information, and public facilities are inadequate. However, public facilities vary between terminals in different cities and rely on users' needs. Thus, the success of quality services depends mainly on the users.
