New Compliant Low VOC Air Dry Clear Coat

In the ever-evolving automotive refinish industry, DeBeer Refinish continues to innovate with the introduction of a new low VOC Air Dry Clear Coat.

Our new 8404 offers unmatched performance with superior flow, leveling and gloss while being one of the most affordable products in the market.

The 8404 Low VOC Air Dry Clear Coat and 1404 National Rule Air Dry Clear Coat both apply with seamless wet on wet applications requiring no flash between coats. This not only speeds the application process, but also lowers booth traffic, thereby increasing throughput.

These products were created with the painter in mind. DeBeer 1404 Clear Coat has fast and slow hardeners to allow adapting to the environment and workflow for complete control over the product application. DeBeer 8404 has one medium hardener.

The recommended mix ratio for both clear coats is 4 to 1, ZERO to 5% reducer. Apply with a recommended nozzle of 1.3 or 1.4 using either a gravity fed spray gun at 25-27 PSI or HVLP gun at 30 PSI inlet pressure.

The 8404 Low VOC Air Dry Clear Coat and the 1404 National Rule Air Dry Clear Coat both dry to a gleaming finish and ready to remove from the paint booth in as little as ten minutes. If needed it is ready for any nib sand and buff operations in 30 minutes.
