White Police Chief Attacks Wife And Threatens Black Police Captain Over 911 Call

After several 911 calls, Mango Park Police have dispatched a unit to respond to a domestic disturbance. When Captain James Porter receives the report, he quickly realizes that the home in question is the residence of Police Chief Frank Hayes. Porter arrives on the scene and questions the Chief, but he denies any wrongdoing. Then Porter sees Mrs. Hayes in distress and quickly understands the seriousness of the situation.
