How to install Dualshock 4 Pro Remap Modchip

I will be installing the Gen 4,5 V2 version
If you have a Gen 1,2,3 V1 controller you can
solder the same spots as I do.
BUT you have to cut a part of the modchip to fit either a
Gen 1,2 V1 (cut side flaps and leave middle flap)
or a
Gen 3 V1 (cut middle flap and leave side flaps)
Options:
Remap up to 4 extra buttons
All 4 extra buttons are fully programmable
Remap 1 button
(X, O, triangle, square, L1, 2, 3 R1, 2, 3, dpad)
Remap a button combination to 1 button
(for example L2 + R2 + X for an aimed jumpshot)
All 4 extra buttons have turbo mode options
(no turbo, 5 pps, 10 pps, 15pps)
(for example for Rapid Fire pistols)
Master reset
