The Falls Church School Board unanimously approved the final budget for the 2024-25 school year. The budget includes critical enhancements, including a new Elementary Reading Specialist, the addition of five new elementary teachers, two half-time paraprofessionals, and a new teacher for the secondary campus, in anticipation of next year's enrollment increase. It also maintains competitive compensation for our staff, including a 3.5% Cost of Living Adjustment and a Step increase, resulting in an average salary increase of 6%.
