Who Created The MOST DEADLIEST WEAPON - 'Sudarshana Chakra' In Hindu Mythology?

Sudarshana Chakra, considered to be the most powerful weapon in Hindu mythology is most often seen in the right rear hand of the four hands of Lord Vishnu, who also holds a Shankha (Conch shell), a Gada (Mace) and a Padma (Lotus).

It was using this weapon that the corpse of Sati was shredded to pieces. Hindu Trinity of Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu & Lord Shiva could not stop the Sudarshana Chakra from attacking the biggest sage of all time - Rishi Durvasa. It was also used by Lord Krishna in Mahabharata.
