Short video highlighting a problem I experienced with the VW Jetta 2013. Loud noise and grating on the windscreen. Wrote to VW and they asked me to pay for a diagnosis and I would need to pay for the cost to fix the problem as it was no over the warranty period. Even although I wrote to them before the warranty expired.
