10 Foot Tall Tires on BIGFOOT #4 - ca. 1985 - BIGFOOT 4x4, Inc.

Back in 1985 when Bob Chandler bought the now iconic huge 10 foot tall Firestone tires, to make them fit on a BIGFOOT truck, they would use long wheel adapters, so that the tires fit on the outside of the body. Multiple BIGFOOT trucks donned these mammoth tires. In these clips, driver Jim Kramer and BIGFOOT #4, which was one of the team's most versatile trucks, crushes some cars and drives around for the crowd. In 1986, BIGFOOT #5 was built specifically for accommodating these huge Firestone tires, and placing them where they should be, UNDER the body.
