Experience the spirit of Lord Krishna at the Madhavpur Beach |

It is believed that Shree Krishna and Rukmini got married at Madhavpur Beach in Porbandar. There is a small village by the Arabian Sea called Madhavpur Ghed, where people have said to experience the essence of Lord Krishna. There is also the Madhavraiji Haveli Temple, where Bhagwan Vishnu is worshipped in the form Madhavrai. With so much of our Lord Krishna’s presence embracing the place, it was absolutely a delight to perform yoga at the beach. The asanas we performed there were: Padmasana, Matsyasana, Padma Vrikshasana and Kurmasana.
