CU. Falcon's head. Various shots of falconer, Philip Glasier and some young falconers in the falcon paddock. They look at the Russian eagle and then the falconer goes over and picks up a Lugger Hawk on his gloved hand. Various shots of the hawk being released in the flying field and goes off to perch on log. The falconer swings the 'lure' (a piece of food on the end of a length of string, which he swings around his head). The hawk takes flight and makes several swoops for the lure. MS. Young falconers watching Mr Glasier at work. Various shots of the falconer doing the same as before, but with a Peregrine Falcon this time. CU. He then shows how to hood and un-hood a falcon. Nice close up shots of one of the birds having a bath, more birds seen. Various hots of the falconer and group seated making various types of hawk hoods.
