Since 1994 the small town Nauen – just 18 kilometers from Berlin – has been the location for the home appliances factory Nauen, BSH’s washing machine factory. About 500 employees work here in one of Europe’s most modern production facilities for washing machines and produce 600,000 appliances every year. The appliances produced in Nauen are not only sold in Germany. BSH exports about three quarters via a global logistics network all around the world.
