The Chinatown Project is a group of creatives who were inspired to begin this storytelling project after seeing the devastating effects that COVID-19 had on all small businesses and especially the Chinatown community. Our mission is to create a digital archive of the businesses of Boston Chinatown through interviews, photography, and videography. We believe that photography and videography are powerful storytelling tools that will easily convey the rich culture and diversity of Boston Chinatown for everyone to appreciate and be able to look back on for years to come.
