I was really underwhelmed with the Camp Chef Italia Artisan pizza oven. It's capable of reaching 900 degrees, but any temp over 600 is useless since there is no top heat and the bottom cooks too quickly. The bakes at temperatures below 600 are achievable in your kitchen oven. While I am a fan of some of their camping cooktops, this product does not lend itself to being very portable - no carry handles, very wide, and pretty heavy. So I don't see any selling points for this oven.
