Mr Gee Live - Perform Midnight Train "The Wizard" at Rock'em Bar KSU April 20.2024

Arne Hop "aka" Mister Gee wrote this song back in 1994 and it was the title tune on the legendary Maxi single (CD) from the Norwegian rock band Midnight Train's first edition, which toured in the period 1995-2000. The record gained cult status and the song "Wizard" has become a legendary jewel from the 90's Rock ballad library.
This despite the fact that the recording of the album (4 songs) was done on a low budget and only over two days in the Frog studio, and that Midnight Train was a typical bootleg band.

The CD The Wizard was also picked up from abroad, and was played on the radio and in clubs in e.g. Hong Kong, Scotland, UK, Denmark, etc. It is unknown how far this simple record has actually reached.

Arne Hop, is the vocalist, the composer of the songs, and one of 2 guitarists on the CD The Wizard, and still performs the songs from this special album as the Entertainer Mr.Gee.
