Sarah Eisenbud (she, her, hers) is a Licensed Professional Counselor situated in the traditions of narrative therapy, existential theory and contemplative/mindfulness practice. She specializes in the treatment of adults with histories of trauma, provides supervision and teaches narrative therapy and trauma-informed care in medical settings. She is passionate about the possibilities that emerge for individuals from psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.

Sarah believes that people aren’t problems but rather that they are being asked to navigate challenges that arise as a result of their experience, environment and unique neurochemistry. As a result of this, she is a passionate advocate and incorporates an awareness of culture and social dynamics into her counseling with individuals and groups. Sarah is a daily meditator and uses her own practice to enrich her work with clients. When not sitting with clients, she can usually be found out in the mountains or with her nose stuck in a book.
