This is a nice double path trail suitable for biking and hiking. Today, I dial it back from double-black diamond single-track (more of that to come soon! Subscribe so you don't miss new Expert Trails). This is a nice leisurely trail ride with some #beautiful river views. Enjoy!

@1:20 - Take this secondary path to the left here to stay along the river. The bridge here takes you to the rest of the path, but lets explore what's on this side first.

@1:45 - Take the stairs to the sidewalk along the rivers edge... literally along the edge. I've never seen a sidewalk share the edge with the river quite like this. Water is over the sidewalk in places making it less appropriate to be walking here - more appropriate for biking! ;) Probably why they rerouted foot traffic over the bridge to continue this trail - but I'll get there later.

@2:35 - Someone sees me hit the end a blockade of the trail along the river and says "that's too bad!" :) I find my way around for another view, higher up this time.

@4:00 - I start to make my way up a ramp that joins to this building here. Some nice views along the way. After pausing to enjoy the view, I go up further and see how high up I can climb on my bike.

@5:00 - I make it to the top... it appears to be very unkempt/unused which is a mystery to me this is a beautiful spot to hang out. I make my way back down to the parking lot area and down the brick path to

@7:15 - The pedestrian bridge across the water. This is where the trail continues if you wish to keep going all the way to

@9:00 - The end of the trail. OK, it's not "the end" of the trail, turn right over the bridge and across the street you will find that the trail keeps going all the way to downtown Guelph!
