Today i prepare in my kitchen very healthy and tasty recipe. Poha is a very testy dish, but diabetic patients didn't eat white poha because it's glycemic index is high, in place of white poha diabetics eat red poha.Red poha 8s Low glycemic index and rich in calcium, manganeese and antioxidants.

INGREDIENTS :
Red poha 1 Cup
Mustard oil 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1tsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Green chilli 2
Red chilli 1
Onion 1
Curry Leaves 8
Roasted chana daal 2tsp
Roasted pea nut 2tsp
salt as per taste
