MatrixGold Jali Smartflow Mesh Repair

In this video we will use MatrixGold Jali to add a pattern to a ring. We will use MatrixGold Smartflow to flow the Jali pattern onto the surface of the ring. We will also use Mesh Repair to get the item ready to print. Getting the surface ready to add the Jali will be the heart of the content today. There are several ways to do it but I will use the Fit to Tolerance Command to get my curves ready to do the Sweep 2 command. You could also use the MatrixGold Shrink trimmed surface to edge command to get the autobase for laying out the Jali as well. It is located in the Edit Tools drop down menu. Either way will work. If you are just starting out in 3D printing, I would recommend going with one of these printers at a low cost and get familiar with the printing and adding supports and then maybe level up to a faster and higher priced printer.
