The Most Beautiful Town In Colombia | Best Lake Town In South America Guatapé | 4/8 Colombia Series

Do you love lake life as much as we do? If so, you need to visit Guatapé on your trip to Colombia! Guatapé is a gorgeous lake town in Antioquia,

about 2 hours from Medellín. We loved staying at the Luxe by Charlee, in a beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom villa that overlooked the lake.

We climbed Piedra del Peñol; this is a MUST when you visit Guatapé with your family. Getting on the lake is a big part of the fun here so,

despite the chilly weather, we opted to rent some jet skis! Our kids had never ridden anything like it before so it was a lot of fun :)

We had to wake up at 3 am in Guatapé to make it to our flight out of Medellín in time.
