The 2025 Conscious Growth Convergence was a living prayer of what becomes possible when we root deeply in community and rise together in strength, belonging, and resilience. Over four powerful days at Lost Valley Education Center, we gathered on Kalapuya land with nearly 700 attendees, including 100+ volunteers, 40+ musicians, 40+ workshop facilitators, 30+ live painters, 20+ vendors, and 20+ team leaders to explore what it means to regenerate culture through connection, ceremony, and presence.

The gathering opened with the lighting of a sacred fire and stories shared by Kalapuya elders, reminding us that this work begins with reverence, acknowledging the land, the ancestors, and our ongoing responsibility to live in reciprocity with all beings. Throughout the weekend, Earth and culture tenders shared their wisdom, skills, stories and songs, grounding the event in deep prayer. We co-created a transformative space where learning met healing, art met activism, community met collaboration, and humility met purpose.

Together, we journeyed through the five elements — Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Spirit — each one a force for personal and collective growth. Workshops invited reflection, skill-building, creative inspiration, and more. The grief ritual opened hearts wide, helping expand emotional capacity. The Cultural Regeneration Panel explored how biodiversity and cultural diversity are interconnected—remembering ancestral wisdom and reimagining future systems while cultivating tools for resilience that extend far beyond the weekend.

We witnessed a beautiful intersection of humanity showing up for collective healing — young adults facing their grief and discovering their gifts; descendants of settlers leaning into truth, repair, and right relationship; elders being honored and uplifted by a new generation of leaders; musicians stepping off stage to share songs by the fire; and people of all backgrounds dancing barefoot in the camas meadow, reclaiming joy as a human right and sacred act of remembrance. This is where cultural regeneration takes root.

We offer our deepest gratitude to each person who made this gathering possible. Every hand and heart who helped weave this great convergence of communities. May we stand strong like an oak—rooted in community and nourishing a future of conscious growth.
