An excel tutorial in creating a template for a mortgage loan amortization schedule where the interest rate on the loan is variable or only fixed for a certain period of time. Some mortgage loan rates are fixed for the entire tenor of the loan while others only fixed the interest rate for say 1 year, 2 years, 3, 4 or 5 years, afterwards reprice the loan based on the prevailing rate at the time fixed again for a certain period. This video is about this type of loan repayment.
