Megan tells Bo not to bother uncovering the face 9of the buried corpse; she’s certain from the arm and shirt that it’s Austin. They discuss how Austin being dead is good news for everyone but bad news on the state of Sarah’s mental health. Bo suggests maybe taking Sarah away for a little while will help her recover. Larry tells Sarah all the tests came back negative, so there is nothing physically wrong with her. Gabrielle is shocked to see Austin, whom she thought was dead. Austin asks why she assumed that, since he knows only a very small circle of people think he died. Austin tries to get Gabrielle to give him back the 50 grand she previously gave him, but she says she doesn’t have it. While Austin is distracted, Gabrielle grabs the phone and tries to call the police, but Austin gets the phone away from her and hangs up. He says if she calls the police, he’ll tell them he saw her switch the babies. Max finds out the theatre that was supposed to host the Daisy Awards burned down, and Marco offers to help find a new venue for the ceremony. Mari Lynn rushes home when she finds out Wade is packing up their house and getting ready to move to California. At the Carriage House, Mari Lynn says she’s staying in Llanview. Wade says he spoke to her agent who told him there would be plenty of opportunities for her in L.A. He asks whether she still loves him and wants their marriage to work.

Marco meets with Michael to discuss using the ballroom of the Llanview Grande for the Daisy Awards. Michael comes in with a very attractive offer and Marco is hopeful he can get Max to agree. Max admits he’s been trying to forget about the hotel ever since he lost it to Michael, but says he’ll read the contract and make a decision. Bo returns to the hospital and tells Sarah he has proof that Austin is dead. She is insistent that what she saw was real and Austin can’t be dead. Bo says they can either take a trip together to clear her head for a bit or she needs to see a therapist who can help her deal with her trauma and hallucinations. Gabrielle says she won’t help but when Austin calls the hospital and asks for Dr. Wolek, she relents and agrees to hide him while she scrounges up the $50,000. She takes Austin to the wine cellar at the Llanview Grande. Michael tells her about the Daisy Awards using their ballroom and suggests converting the wine cellar into a dressing room space. Megan tells Max she’s dropping out of performing at the Daisy Awards and planning to devote her time to helping Sarah. At the hospital, Sarah gets so worked up she passes out, and Larry decides to run some more tests, including a pregnancy test.
