pre season hitting workout

Hi, my name is Liam marshman. I'm a 19 year old from new Zealand. This video is just the highlights of some pre season hitting work I did during the weekend. during this session I felt quite inconsistent but I'm hoping that as I get closer to the season the inconsistencies will go away as I'm able to train more frequently. during the session I was really focussing on keeping my hands close to my body, this is something I've been trying to get better at and when I do it right I hit really well. sorry for the poor audio, as this is a public facility there's not much I can do about it unfortunately. As I make more videos I'll try to improve the camera angles as well.
