The Aquatics GB Championships 2024 are set to be the British qualification meet for the Paris Olympics. For swimmers like Freya Colbert, this is a chance to realise a lifelong career goal of representing Team GB at an Olympic Games.

Over the last 4 months, Propulsion Swimming has worked with Freya to capture her build-up to British Champs and see behind the scenes of what being an elite swimmer in Britain looks like!

The second episode of this mini-series sees Freya head to the World Swimming Championships in Doha, Qatar. See behind the scenes of what it was like for her to win her first World Championship Gold, but also how this is going to impact her plans moving forward for the 2024 swimming season.
