The video will cover:
- What the Civa INS does
- What Coordinate System Does INS Use?
- Where to get Civa INS Flight Plans from
- Starting up the 747-200 Civa INS
- Aligning the Civa Navigation System
- Choosing Suitable Waypoints for the CIVA
- Entering our Route Into the INS
- Departing in RADIO mode
- When to Switch to INS mode
- Autopilot Civa INS navigation
- When to switch back to Radio mode
- Final Approach

Note: This video assumes you know the basics on the aircraft, and some flying / navigation 101, like how to tune in a VOR beacon. While it includes Navigraph for some of it - this is not required, you can use free alternatives like chartfox.

To do this flight, we will include a short flight from Baltimore - JFK using a suitable flight plan for our aircraft type. We will touch on performance based navigation - but it is not essential to understand this, beyond the fact that "older navigation = not as good" and that other people (for example ATC, or Vatsim controllers) will be aware of this.
